Bruce Edhouse
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce has extensive international corporate treasury and systems experience, having worked with front, middle and back office functions in various roles across Asia, Europe and the US over the past twenty years. On his return to New Zealand in 2018, Bruce joined the ETOS senior management team and became Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
Prior to ETOS, Bruce was Managing Director of FiREapps EMEA in London, a provider of global FX exposure risk management software for corporates. For 16 years prior to FiREapps, he held various senior implementation and Pre-Sales roles in Integrity Treasury Solutions, Sungard (now FIS), and City Financials (purchased by Wallstreet Systems, now part of the ION group).
Bruce’s key areas of expertise are treasury product knowledge, hedge accounting and compliance, cash management, financial risk management, scoping and implementing treasury management systems and market regulations. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK), the Institute of Financial Professionals in New Zealand (INFINZ) and the Financial Treasury Association of Australia (FTA)

Lesley Mitchell
Executive Director
Lesley has extensive banking, corporate and equities experience spanning over 30 years in middle and back office operations. After joining ETOS in 2002, Lesley was tasked with building the company’s best practice operations framework. She moved to the CEO role in 2012 and was instrumental in expanding the business into Australia. Lesley moved to the role of Executive Director in 2019 and continues to be a Board Member and shareholder.
Lesley works closely with clients and their own systems to introduce efficiencies and minimise operational risk. She has supported some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading treasurers to establish best practice risk management and controls.
Before joining ETOS, Lesley was with Merrill Lynch (NZ) Limited, working in both a front and middle office capacity as Senior Trader, and in the back office as Treasury Officer. Lesley has also worked in the treasury department of CLEAR Communications and worked foreign exchange and interest rate settlements area for NZI Bank. Lesley is a member of the Institute of Financial Professionals in New Zealand (INFINZ) and the Financial Treasury Association of Australia (FTA).

Rachel Priddis
Solutions Manager, Australia
Rachel has worked in banking and finance across middle and back office functions for over 20 years. She joined ETOS as Solutions Manager in 2018 after eight years at Travelex Limited (latterly as Treasury Manager APAC). Rachel currently manages the ETOS Sydney team.
Prior to Travelex, Rachel worked at Westpac Banking Corporation (Institutional Division) for twelve years in roles that included Senior Associate Product Control, Senior Associate Securitisation (Finance), Manager Rates and Reconciliations, and she also held several back-office positions from settlements to investigations. Some of Rachel’s key areas of expertise include treasury product knowledge, settlements, investigations, cash management, audit compliance, management reporting, hedge accounting and treasury/accounting systems.

Roger Kerr
Chairman
Roger is a major ETOS shareholder and has been involved since the company’s inception. He has a distinguished professional career focused on treasury management consultancy and his achievements include the establishment and management of PwC Treasury Advisory (2012-2018), Asia-Pacific Risk Management (1998-2012) and Bancorp Treasury Services (1987-1998).
His current governance roles also include being a director of Pie Funds Ltd, Financial Services Complaints Ltd and Hedgebook Ltd. Roger has previously held directorships with Trust Investments Management Ltd, National Provident Fund and NZ Government Debt Management Office advisory board. Roger is currently Executive Chairman of Barrington Treasury Services NZ Ltd.

Richard Eaddy
Director
Richard established ETOS Limited in 2001 after identifying a need for specialised treasury outsourcing services in the New Zealand and Australian markets. He has extensive domestic and overseas treasury experience, both as a treasury risk management adviser and within the corporate treasury environment.
Prior to founding ETOS, Richard was at Bancorp Treasury Services in Auckland, following six years working in London and Monaco as a Corporate Treasurer and treasury consultant. Richard is currently based in London as Chief Executive Officer of Hedgebook Limited, a cloud-based treasury tool for small to mid-sized enterprises.

Mark Gold
Director, Australia
Currently Head of Treasury at Insurance Australia Group (IAG), Mark Gold brings 30 years of financial market experience in the Asia-Pacific region to the ETOS board. Mark has also served on the Board of the IAG and NRMA Superannuation Fund; a $1.5bn asset fund with almost 20,000 members.
A strong proponent of the Treasury outsourcing model, Mark led the team that introduced Treasury outsourcing to IAG over ten years ago. The resulting product expertise improvements, increased service levels and enhanced controls were accompanied by a 75% operational cost reduction. Mark’s vision and deep understanding of Treasury and outsourcing models contributes strongly to the ETOS vision of transforming treasury outsourcing into the industry standard. Mark’s prior roles include Asia Pacific Treasurer at the global Travelex Group where he managed risk and operations in Australasia in a culture promoting creativity and innovation.
